Darryl Santa’s Journey from Alpha & Omega to Purpose-Driven Impact
Over the past 25 years, I’ve learned a powerful truth:
It’s not my business. It’s God’s business. I’m just the steward.
This realization didn’t happen overnight. It came through seasons of growth, trial, success, and refinement — and it’s a truth I now feel deeply called to share with other business leaders, entrepreneurs, and ministry-minded professionals.
As I step into a new season of consulting and mentoring through DarrylSanta.com, I want to help others see what changed everything for me:Business isn’t just business. It’s a calling.
🌱 How It All Began
In 1999, a pastor asked me a simple question that would change my life:“Have you ever thought about starting your own business?”
That seed led to the founding of Alpha & Omega Computer & Network Services, during the chaos of the Y2K crisis. I didn’t know what I was doing — but I knew God had opened the door. With a heart to serve and a willingness to learn, I stepped out in faith.
For the next 25 years, God grew Alpha & Omega into a thriving MSP serving hundreds of businesses and ministries across Southern California. We weathered every kind of storm — 9/11, the dot-com bust, the Great Recession, and COVID — not because I was smart, but because God is faithful.
📖 What Changed Everything: From Ownership to Stewardship
Like many business owners, I once thought my job was to grow a company, keep clients happy, and pay the bills. And while those things matter, something deeper began to stir in me. Through my involvement with Christ@Work, FCCI (Fellowship of Companies for Christ International), and Convene, I discovered something radical:
My business wasn’t just a way to make a living — it was a platform for to be a witness for Jesus.
These communities taught me that faith and business aren’t separate. They’re meant to work hand-in-hand. I began to see my office, my client meetings, even my QuickBooks dashboard — as sacred ground. Every decision became an act of stewardship.
I started saying to everyone:
“Alpha & Omega has always been God’s business — I’ve just been the steward.”
🏗 What Does It Mean to Be a Steward?
It means recognizing that everything you’ve been given — your time, your talent, your team, your resources — belongs to God. He entrusts it to you, not so you can build your own kingdom, but so you can build His.
Jesus tells the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25. The faithful servant didn’t just protect what was given — he multiplied it. That’s what we’re called to do.
As I embraced this mindset, I stopped obsessing over growth and started focusing on impact:
Are we serving our clients with integrity?
Are we building a culture that honors God?
Are we using profits to bless our community?
Are we treating our team members as people, not just positions?
🔄 A New Season: Realigned, Not Retired
In 2024, after a lot of prayer and conversation with my wife, I made the decision to end the 25 years of Alpha & Omega. I knew it was time to step into a different role — one that allowed me to consult, coach, teach, and invest in others full-time.
That’s how DarrylSanta.com was born.
Now, I help business leaders, pastors, and professionals:
Realign their work with their faith and values
Build purpose-driven technology strategies
Learn how to safely navigate crypto and blockchain
And most importantly, embrace their role as stewards in the Kingdom of God

I believe many Christian business leaders are doing good work, but they don’t always see how sacred their work really is.
You don’t have to be in ministry to do ministry.You just have to say, “Lord, it’s Yours. Use it.”
