A Personal Note from Darryl Santa
Hey Friends,
If you're reading this, chances are you've been part of my journey — as a client, friend, ministry partner, or just someone cheering me on from the sidelines. I’m truly grateful. After 25 years of leading Alpha & Omega, I wanted to share what’s next and why I believe God is leading me into a new season of life and purpose.
🛠 How It All Started
Back in October 1999, my pastor asked me a simple question: “Have you ever thought of starting your own business?”
At the time, I wasn’t sure how to respond. I didn’t have a business plan, startup capital, or even a vision. But that question planted a seed in my heart. Not long after, during the Y2K panic, I was offered a tech job helping a business prepare their systems. Their usual tech — the owner’s son — had moved out of state to ride out what he thought might be the end of the world.
I took the job, trusting that God would protect and provide. That small act of obedience became the beginning of Alpha & Omega Computer & Network Services.
What started as a side gig quickly turned into a full-time mission. And over the next 25 years, God allowed me to build something I never imagined — not just a company, but a faith-driven tool to serve others.
🙌 The Heart Behind the Work
Through recessions, 9/11, the dot-com crash, the COVID-19 pandemic, and more — Alpha & Omega didn’t just survive, we grew. And through it all, my mission was never just to fix computers. It was to serve people. To be a blessing. To steward the gifts God placed in my hands.
Groups like Christ@Work, FCCI, and Convene helped me see that business is a calling. I began to truly understand the Parable of the Talents — that everything I’ve been given isn’t mine to own, it’s mine to multiply for His glory.
I often tell people:
“Alpha & Omega has always been God’s business — I’ve just been the steward.”
🔄 Why the Shift?
Over the past year, Amy and I have been praying about what’s next. We've sensed God nudging us — not to stop, but to shift. I’ve always said I want to be hot for Him, not lukewarm, and I knew I needed more space to pursue the passions He’s put on my heart.
That’s why I’ve made the decision to merge Alpha & Omega with another MSP. It wasn’t easy — this business has been a huge part of my life. But I believe letting go of ownership allows me to lean fully into my next calling.
🚀 What’s Next for Me?
I’ve launched DarrylSanta.com — a platform to keep doing what I love but with a fresh focus.
Here’s what that looks like:
🔹 Helping People & Purpose-Driven Businesses
Whether you’re a faith-based business, nonprofit, or just someone trying to align your work with your values — I’d love to help. I’m offering consulting, tech guidance, and mentoring for people who want to build something meaningful.
🔹 One-on-One Crypto & Blockchain Training
I got into crypto because I believe it’s the next wave — just like I saw the internet boom in 1999. Now, I offer personalized training to help people safely and wisely enter the world of digital finance. It’s simple, secure, and tailored for real people — not tech experts.
🔹 TheSantaCause365 — Ministry on Wheels
Amy and I are starting TheSantaCause365, a mission to support families and children in crisis year-round. Using our #TheSantaVW bus, we’ll be doing local events, raising awareness, and partnering with ministries like Olive Crest to bring joy, hope, and help where it's needed most.
💬 Let’s Talk
I’d love to connect with you — whether to chat, pray, collaborate, or just encourage you in your own journey. This isn’t retirement for me. It’s realignment.
“Let’s talk, pray, and explore how I can help your business, ministry, and life flourish through meaningful service.”

🙏 Thank You
Thank you for walking with me — whether for a season or the whole 25 years. I wouldn’t be here without your encouragement, your business, your prayers, and your friendship.
I believe the best is still ahead — and I’d love to walk alongside you as we each seek to live out the purpose God has placed in us.
Let’s go!
